• I Have four small messages I need recorded that are under 200 words in total.  Do I need to pay four seperate fees.

No we charge you in blocks of 200 words.  This includes as many files as you need.  For example you could get a welcome message, a couple of after hours messages and some prompts all fitting into 200 words and pay $132.

• What Format will the messages be in?

We can deliver your audio files in what ever format you need.  Most of the time this will be Mp3 but some playback devices need a type of wav file called A-LAW.

• I'm keen to get my messages produced with music.  Do I need to pay per track?

No, you will be charged $66 for your order to cover music licensing and production fees.  This includes multiple files and you can even you multiple music tracks if you wish.

• Can I have multiple voices in my messages?

Yes, but you best bet is to contact us for a quote because there could be an extra voice charge depending on your requirements.

• Can I select my music track?

Yes, we have a large selection of royalty free music you can use.  Just remember you can't use music under copyright. Eg you can't use use We Will Rock You by Queen.... Well technically you can but the rights to use a song like this would cost thousands.

• How long will it take?

Once we have an approved script and the go ahead from you in most cases you'll have your audio on or before the next business day.

• Can I pick the voice?

Yes, just tell us what your looking for Eg male/female, younger/more mature and we'll send through some samples for you to choose from.
